The breakfast was nice with a good diversity of food. The hotel has free Wi-Fi which is a basic service nowadays, and a key location next to public transportation. Their staff was quite friendly and provided a map of the city.

The room was really small and with limited space to move around. Unfortunately, there were no soundproof walls, so we could hear all the noises from other rooms and the street.

It's simple, affordable and the room is comfortable. Very nice breakfast for rate range. Friendly / helping staff.

The hotel is not 4 stars, it's a nice 3 stars at the most. Not so old but not recent as well. Rooms are quite simple for a 4 star hotel - small tv, not lots of cable channels, simple decoration. This are all not-so-important issues in my point of view since the price range is even bellow most 3-star hotels in this town so all of the above is reasonable. The main problem is the location, this is a mildly dangerous area, with lots of strip clubs near by and a strange atmosphere at night time. It's also far from most of the nice things in São Paulo: good restaurants/bars/nightlife and cultural happenings (museums, etc). I would recommend getting an inferior hotel at a friendlier neighbourhood.

near to a metro station, that's cool. praca da republica was a few steps away from.

This place is conveniently located near many tourist spots and a short walk from Liberdade, and the breakfast served here is delightful.

The hotel itself is OK, but the location is bad... I had booked unknowingly thinking it as City centre, but was a dangerous location around and unsafe... Was a big mistake as was confined to the room in the evenings as was advised against venturing out on foot. Pls book here only if you need to be near this location. Sao Paulo is a huge city with many pockets but no actual city centre!! Travelling around by taxis all the time can get expensive as distances are huge.. Also a Double room is a twin bedded room.. They said they did not have any Kingsized or queensized beds.. They just joined the 2 beds together ultimately!!

This is not a four star hotel. It is maybe a 2+ or 3 start but not a four star at all and should be re-categorized.

Great value for the price. the breakfast was tasty and filling with a variety of options. the hotel's location was perfect for getting around the city, with easy access to public transportation. the friendly staff was always available to help with any questions or needs.

The room was a bit small and the bed was not very comfortable. the noise level from the street could be heard even with the window closed.

Delicious breakfast with a wide range of options, including tropical fruits. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The location is convenient, just steps away from Republica metro station and the express bus to/from the airport. Despite the limited English skills of the staff, they were friendly and made an effort to communicate. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and ideal location.

Its location is great as it is near the metro, which makes it easy to travel around the city. the hotel is also next to bars and restaurants, so there are many options for food and drink. it is quite close to the centre.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is unreliable and the signal is often weak.

Excellent price, near subway and city center, nice breakfast, friendly staff, fast room service, roomy bathroom with great shower.
